Two apartments demanding a high level of rigor and exception.

A total and complete technical renovation of all structural aspects was carried out from floor to ceiling. This baroque-era building that once lodged the painter Matisse remains amongst the oldest in Nice. For this artistic site, the Farhi Design Agency adeptly combined old-world structure with contemporary design. By using clean lines, harmony and subtlety were created, allowing the two styles to perfectly co-exist resulting in spaces renovated with taste whilst respecting the structure’s history.

A look at the first apartment

Here, materials, furnishings, and decor characterizing the exceptional quality of this residence can be seen. An effort to create a harmony of luxury and prestige was made in the renovation of these two 300 m2 apartments. The layout for each space was unique, requiring functional rooms where lighting and colors played a primary role.
